Fundraising Officer

Location: Redditch, West Midlands

Salary: £22,000+

In the role of Fundraising Officer, you will support, develop and promote a diverse range of fundraising activities and projects which raise vital funds for nurses suffering hardship. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for fundraising administration and donor engagement. You will also have the chance to lead on creating effective fundraising communications helping us amplify the difference fundraisers make to nurses in hardship.

We’re keen to hear from people with fundraising experience, but this is not essential. You may have skills which you think means you’d be perfect for this role. We’d love to hear from you!

Partnership Manager

Location: Redditch, West Midlands

Salary: £28,000+

As Partnership Manager you will engage with organisations and motivate them to join our organisational membership programme and to sponsor the Cavell Star Awards. Organisations already involved in these programmes range from NEXT and Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare to new and agile apps and to public sector bodies which make healthcare happen in the UK. We’ve made a great start. Now we need you to help us scale up.

You will have significant experience of finding and developing partnerships, so experience of new business development and sales are essential. Knowledge of UK healthcare is also important but not essential. We’d love to hear from you!
