Why have Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust joined 'Working with'?
"Taking care of our staff and ensuring their wellbeing is just as important to us as looking after our patients, this is reflected in our workforce designed strategy for Nursing and Midwifery Services. Whilst we strive to deliver the best possible compassionate care and aim for every patient and their family to have a positive experience, we also must ensure that our staff are protected and supported. Through working with Cavell Nurses’ Trust we are sending a clear message to our Nurses, Midwives and Healthcare Assistants that they matter."
Sheran Oke, Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Patient Services
