What is 10k For Nurses & Midwives?

10k For Nurses & Midwives is the biggest fundraising movement of the year for nurses and midwives, which will raise thousands of pounds to give vital support to those currently facing personal or financial hardship.

You can take on a challenge at any point in October, or even over multiple days, as part of a team or a solo challenge. This is all about having fun and raising money by doing a 10k YOUR WAY!

You can achieve your 10k challenge any way you like! You could:

  • Walk 10,000 steps,
  • Run, swim or cycle a 10k,
  • Take on a challenge for 10,000 seconds (2hours 46mins!) like singing, dancing, Zumba, or spinning.
